Situated in a one way street so
no noise!One month`s deposit cannot be rented

inch and dvd condition in main bedroom+fan in small There is also a Nespresso coffee machine
which takes coffee capsules and seperate foam
maker. The kitchen (see photo) also has a large fan
oven and a specially built GAS STOVE with 5 hobs
(NOT ELECTRIC COOKER like most flats in
Greece)and a fully length cooker, steamer etc.
Dishwasher, washing machine, oven and grill. Also
included in the price are all the cleaning materials
needed, extra stuff which most furnished flats do
not include. ALL COSTS ARE INCLUDED IN THE
RENT (water, electricity,communal charges etc). 21
inch flatscreen with dvd player in the kitchen
balcony (overlooking the garden) with seating area for 2 to eat. No pets allowed and no smoking in the
month deposit necessary. One month
deposit has to be to reserve the flat. Will be paid back (as long as no damage has been incurred) on
the day the flat is vacated. Price based on year rental. Bills come up to around 100€-150€ a month. These are included in the 850€ rent!
